AJ Novick Group, Inc. / Century Anger Management to Train Board of Corrections

Hot off the press: The AJ Novick Group, Inc. in association with Century Anger Management will be providing a 2 day training in Costa Mesa, CA on February 13th and 14th to 20 participants who are employed by the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, Division of Addiction and Recovery Services (DARS). These employees will be providing direct anger management services utilizing the Century Anger Management model of intervention in all California state prisons. Training will include two instructional days as well as online classes that will be taken by each of the facilitators. The training will total 40 hours and there will be follow up trainings for these providers over the coming months.

The AJ Novick Group, Inc. and Century Anger Management were chosen by the Orange County Department of Education and DOC after a careful review of their curriculum, training materials and superior training methods. Their key liaison, Jillian Scott states, “Their training programs have been uniquely tailored and can be sustained in a contracted learning model to be utilized in the event of a lockdown (if applicable) and CDCR permits.”

Century Anger Management offers professional anger management certification training not only to governmental agencies, but also individuals, agencies, non profit groups, school districts, religious organizations and private practitioners.
